The beauty industry is one of the more saturated and highly contested markets. In order to make a splash in this industry Twila True Beauty and I decided to take an approach a bit different than most beauty brands. I reached out to artists who’s own unique stories would make for compelling content and help draw audiences in. We then collaborated with those artists to publish content on their own pages to introduce Twila True Beauty to a new audience.

“My True” w/ Katelynn Ansari
For Twila True Beauty’s “My True” campaign I reached out to influencer and “Film Is Now” host Katelynn Ansari to leverage her nearly 200,000 followers over her social channels. The content created exceeded 11,000 views on Twila True Beauty’s channel.
Twila True Beauty - 12 Days of Beauty

Twila True Beauty’s brand is as much about diversity as it about beauty. The 12 Days of Beauty campaign was developed to showcase artists from different industries and promote their unique take on what is “true beauty”. This would be one of the most successful campaigns as Twila True Beauty reported its largest spike in web traffic and more than a 40% increase in sales .

Kat Sketch for Twila True
In order to reach a different audience I reached out to the wildly popular and unique make-up artist Kat Sketch. Her amazing ability to transform herself from everyday MUA to Elsa from Frozen or Post Malone has made her one of the most watched make-up artist on YouTube. In her “What’s In My Purse” post she highlighted one of Twila True Beauty’s nail lacquers as one item she keeps with herself daily. The goal was that her over 1,000,000 followers across her channels would do the same.
Alexa Rod | Twila True Beauty Unboxing
YouTube star, singer and wife of award winning music producer Wise “The Gold Pen” Padilla, Alexa Rod was tapped to unbox the total Twila True Beauty collection. She followed that post with a “Daily Routine” post that higlighted the hero product Twila True Beauty’s Renewing Oil.
