As a Branding and Design consultant, I was tasked with developing a brand that offered expertise craftsmanship and high-end materials along with remaining contemporary. Luxe Home Remodel was created to remove the staleness of old luxury and infuse it with the energy of modern style.

As a designer, I looked to layout a space much how I would layout my own suit. With colors that are bold coupled with others that are subdued. I look to match materials that compliment each other and allow for pieces to standout without clashing.

This client wanted to change the landscape in this spacious backyard. I crafted a rendering to give them an idea of how the space could be used. After plotting the area, determining the layout of the soil, pavers, garden and stamped concrete, we delivered a backyard that helped increase the value of this home dramatically.

Project, plan, produce…
Larger projects like ADUs and additions require more extensive planning and design. To accomplish this I developed a detail scope and drew designs to be transferred to official blueprints, crafted by an engineer/architect. After all plans were approved by the local authorities we delivered on a beautiful new space.
